2024年8月30日，第四届粤港澳大湾区企业法律服务论坛于珠海成功举办。本届论坛以“汇聚高质量法律服务，助力新质生产力发展”为主题，致力于加强粤港澳大湾区法律服务行业交流合作，深化律师与企业法律服务供需对接，共同服务粤港澳大湾区建设和高质量发展。本届论坛邀请了著名法学家、中国人民大学一级教授、博士生导师王利明教授，中兴通讯副总裁、首席法务官黎文，阿里巴巴技术总监兼通义实验室NLP应用算法团队负责人孙常龙，高景太阳能股份有限公司法务总监刘松孺等近40位重量级嘉宾分别作主旨演讲和主题分享。参会各指导单位、支持单位、协办单位，以及香港大律师公会、香港律师会、澳门律师公会、全省各市律师协会等相关代表，全省知名企业代表、企业法务、法学专家及粤港澳三地律师代表达1500人，省司法厅陈旭东厅长、珠海黄志豪市长、香港律政司司长林定国、澳门法务局代局长邱显哲、律师公会主席黄显辉、全国律协会长高子程均亲临现场。

      李艳红律师，武汉大学经济法学与英美文学双学士，英文专业八级。广东朗乾律师事务所专职律师，独立执业7年，具有上市公司独立董事资格及基金从业人员资格。珠海市香洲区法学会理事，珠海市高新知识产权纠纷人民调解委员会特邀调解员，中国司法部首批涉外律师人才，2023年4-6月于中国政法大学涉外律师高级研修班进修。擅长领域为疑难复杂涉外民商事诉讼案件和跨境投资&贸易风险管理。具有多年世界五百强国有石化企业和外资企业石化项目引进和石化产品国际贸易经验，曾海外派驻美国、比利时和香港等地，现担任多家外资/合资、国有及上市公司的常年法律顾问。Mrs.Li Yanhong，holding doulble Bachelor's degrees in Economic Law and English & American Literature from Wuhan University, has been practising as a full-time independent lawyer for 7 years with Guangdong Langqian Law Firm . Having qualifications of independent director of listed companies on Shenzhen Stock Exchange and fund practitioner. Counsel of Zhuhai Xiangzhou District Law Society. Specially-invited mediator of Zhuhai High-tech Intellectual Property Disputes Mediation Committee, and one of the foreign affairs lawyers assigned by the Ministry of Justice of China. From April to June 2023, she joint the Advanced Training Program for Foreign Lawyers at CUPL, China University of Political Science and Law. Experience in foreign investment of petrochemical projects, international trade of petrochemical products and overseas assignments to the United States, Belgium & HK. Proficient in difficult and complex civil and commercial litigation cases and cross-border investment & trade risk management. She now serves as legal advisor for foreign/joint venture, state-owned, and public listed companies.
